Refund Policy

LocalAmplify connects businesses with amplifiers for performance-based marketing. Refunds depend on the type of transaction:

Business campaign funding

Campaign budgets deposited via Paystack are used to pay amplifier commissions on verified conversions. Unused balance may be withdrawn according to your dashboard billing settings. Refunds for unused campaign funds may be requested via support within 14 days of deposit if no conversions have been attributed.

Platform fees

Platform fees on completed conversions are generally non-refundable because the referral and verification work has already occurred.

Amplifier earnings

Approved earnings are paid out on the schedule shown in your wallet. Disputed conversions are reviewed by the business and support team before release.
